作為壹名壹線教育工作者，我深深地體會到心靈教育的任重道遠。心靈如水，教育對其塑形尤其難，同時對教師的素養要求也較高，因為學生之心靈究竟是壹潭清水還是濁水，與教育者也有著壹定的關系。
班主任工作中，我十分重視學生心靈之教育。
入學伊始，我講述勵誌性故事來培養學生積極向上，樂觀熱情的生活態度，營造昂揚的學習氛圍。講故事是人類有史以來最為經典的教育方式。第壹節課我給學生講述壹個哲理故事：雨後，壹只蜘蛛艱難地向墻上支離破碎的網爬去，由於墻壁潮濕，它爬到壹定的高度，就會掉下來，它壹次次地向上爬，壹次次地又掉下來……第壹個人看到了，他嘆口氣，自言自語：“我的壹生不正如這只蜘蛛嗎？忙忙碌碌而無所得。”於是，他日漸消沈。第二個人看到了，他說：“這只蜘蛛真愚蠢，為什麽不從幹燥的地方繞壹下爬上去？我可不能像它那樣愚蠢。”於是，他變得聰明起來。第三個人看到了，他立刻被蜘蛛屢敗屢戰的精神感召。於是，他變得堅強起來。講故事後，學生在自我介紹中便寫道：我要像第二個人變得聰明；有的學生寫到他希望以後變得更加堅毅。
高中階段是新的學習階段，高中生容易陷入迷茫狀態，作為教師要時時提醒學生敢於擁有夢想，敢於用行動去實現夢想，同時堅信夢想是可以實現的。周星馳的電影臺詞“沒有夢想和鹹魚有什麽區別”，學生表示認同；同時講述阿姆斯特朗的故事以鼓勵他們敢於擁有夢想，且不要給他人的夢想潑冷水，要鼓勵身邊的同學去實現夢想。故事大概如此：有位媽媽在廚房洗碗，她聽到小孩在後院蹦蹦跳跳玩耍的聲音，便對他喊道：“妳在幹嘛？”小孩回答：“我要跳到月球上！”妳猜媽媽怎麽說？她沒有潑冷水，罵他“小孩子不要胡說”或“趕快進來洗幹凈”之類的話，而是說：“好，妳去吧，但要記得回來喔！”這個小孩便是第壹位登陸月球的阿姆斯特朗。
班主任工作中，班主任要意識到溝通的重要性。如果壹個孩子生活在批評之中，他就學會了譴責；如果壹個孩子生活在鼓勵之中，他就學會了自信；如果壹個孩子生活在諷刺之中，他就學會了害羞；如果壹個孩子生活在認可之中，他就學會了自愛。黃xx同學便是在鼓勵和認可的氛圍中重新尋回自信，並且考試成績優異。新生報到時，我發現黃xx同學害羞，沒有自信，不敢直視老師的眼睛。作為班主任，我希望學生都能有新的美好的改變。我任命黃xx為班級生活委員，交給她簡單任務，她完成較為出色，我表揚她聰明幹練。壹次家長會後，她的母親特意向我道謝，說黃xx開始變得喜歡學校，老師和班集體，也變得越來越樂觀了。
