在日常生活裏面,我的好習慣是比較多的,壞習慣是比較少的。好習慣主要是有喜歡跑步和喜歡看書等等,我幾乎每天都會跑步和看書。這兩個習慣堅持了很多年。
壞習慣主要是喜歡熬夜和吃垃圾食品,熬夜是壹個很不好的習慣,我有在盡力的戒掉熬夜的習慣。垃圾食品在未來的時間我也會盡量少吃。
