子曰：“不憤不咎，不悱不發。舉壹隅不以三隅反，則不復也。”
譯文
孔子說：“不到他努力想弄明白而不得的程度不要去開導他；不到他心裏明白卻不能完善表達出來的程度不要去啟發他。如果他不能舉壹反三，就不要再反復地給他舉例了。”
翻譯：
Kong Zi said that, "Diligently does not want to ravel but does nothave the degree to him not to have to enlighten him; To his heart indid not understand actually cannot consummate the degree whichexpresses not to have to inspire him. If he cannot extrapolate, didnot must again repeatedly give an example to him."
